Mountaineer
The Mountaineer cabins give a whole new dimension to modular log homes. With its attractive steep roofline and expansive front porch, you are sure to impress friends. Invite relatives over for a time of relaxing and reminiscing in your knotty pine great room, and serve them from your custom-built kitchen. Many options and customizable floor plans make it simple to design a Mountaineer for your lifestyle. And, in addition to the space you have on the first floor, there is a full-length upstairs room which can be finished at a future date for more bedrooms, office – or whatever you can dream of!
Mountaineer Deluxe
This style begins with the already spectacular Mountaineer model and adds an 18′ high soaring ceiling in the great room area. Enjoy the wide-open spaces from the comfort of your couch, dinner table, or kitchen. Or oversee it all from the loft above. The standard Vista Glass package packs the great room gable with glass, letting in bountiful natural lighting. Looking to expand your space? Even with the vaulted great room ceiling, there is still space for that future bedroom or office in a separate room behind the loft area.
Chalet
The Chalet cabin is a great choice to maximize your mountain or lake view! The Chalet’s abundant glass and large deck mean memories are waiting to happen. The standard prow roof not only provides sun protection over the vista glass but also adds to the visual appeal. The first story boasts soaring ceilings in the great room and luxurious eight feet tall ceilings in the bedrooms and baths. Upstairs you are greeted with a beautiful loft area, giving you a bird’s eye view of the living area. And that’s not all – there is also an unfinished bonus room, which could be finished as an extra bedroom when needed.
Musketeer
The Musketeer modular log home is perfect for single-story living, giving you the traditional ‘cape cod’ look, but keeping all your living space on one floor. This cabin is a good choice for a retirement place – or for any of the many other reasons you may want everything on one level. Its gently sloping ceilings grant an open, yet efficient feeling. Or make use of that steep roofline by choosing our 8′ flat ceiling option which provides a generous attic space. And if you love porch space (and who doesn’t?) this one has it in spades!
Pioneer
The Pioneer cabin is a beautiful ranch-style home with an inviting A-frame porch. Inside, you’ll love its gently sloping ceilings, and that ever-present aroma of being surrounded in knotty pine. This model allows the full building rectangle to be used as living space, making large great rooms a simple feat. For a more elegant exterior appearance, choose our steeper 8/12 roof pitch option.
Frontier
The Frontier cabin is perfect for your simple lifestyle. Its design includes a great room with a cathedral ceiling and a protected porch, tucked away in the corner of the home.
As always, the floor plan can be customized to fit the number of bedrooms and baths you need. With many sizes to choose from, you can find a configuration that fits.
